Victoria L.S. Allen specializes in matters of compliance, corporate governance, employment, and contracts, and works extensively on legislative and regulatory analysis. Since 1998, her practice has focused on the credit union industry, having previously served as regulatory counsel with the California Credit Union League where she also earned the designation of certified Credit Union Development Educator through the National Credit Union Foundation. Victoria is a graduate of the University of Redlands (1990, B.A. Business Administration and Music) and the University of La Verne College of Law (1996, Juris Doctor). She is admitted to practice law in California (1996), and previously served as Vice Chair of Legislation for the Consumer Financial Services Committee of the California State Bar’s Business Law Section.
