Terri Keeley

Terri Keeley counsels credit unions in all aspects of their business operations, including a wide range of regulatory and lending matters, contract issues, corporate law concerns and real estate.  Terri is a cum laude graduate of MiamiUniversity (1991, B.A. Psychology) and a graduate of William & Mary Law School (1995, Juris Doctor) where she served as an editor of the William & Mary Law Review and published member of the Bankruptcy Law and Development Journal.  Terri was formerly an associate in the banking and financial institutions groups at Faegre & Benson LLP (Minneapolis, MN) and McGuireWoods LLP (Richmond, VA).  She is currently admitted to practice law in Minnesota, California and New York.  Terri has served as a lecturer on ethics at San DiegoStateUniversity. Terri joined the firm in 2001.
