James E. “Jeb” Burbott

James E. “Jeb” Burbott represents the interests of credit unions in respect to all aspects of their operations. He has been retained counsel, in private practice and an in-house employee for financial institutions (banks and credit unions). He has both litigated their disputed matters (in state and federal court, bankruptcy court and other administrative forums) and has acted for them as a transactional adviser in all respects, having reviewed and drafted all manner of contracts and other documentation to that end. Jeb is a graduate of the University of Michigan (1971, B.A. Philosophy), the University of San Diego School of Law (1975, Juris Doctorate) and the Western CUNA Management school (2005).
